May is the mother of Aquakittermap. She told Mario and friends the backstory of Aquakittermap, and also made a brief appearance at the finale of Super Mario 64 Bloopers for like 1 second at the very end, and appeared again at the end of Episode 8 of Attack of the Monkeyshine Army along with her husband Erik.
